Founding Story
The Find Your Grind Foundation was formed in 2015 by Nick and Natasha Gross, with the seed of an idea that we could provide opportunities to underserved youth to experience and explore alternative careers in creative industries. We partnered with local non-profits with access to appropriate youth groups, and opened the doors to our recording studio in Los Angeles. We hosted dozens of workshops and curated experiences that brought creative industries to life- real humans, sharing real stores of how they got started. This led to us creating a curriculum and learning tool focused on self discovery, career exploration and 21st century skills that is currently being used in hundreds of schools across the country.
Nick Gross
[FOUNDER]
Nick Gross empowers the world to think differently about its future. Under the umbrella of his family office Gross Labs, Nick focuses on a diverse array of projects, like his music company Big Noise, where’s he’s been shaking up the recording and publishing industry and his education platform Find Your Grind. In addition to being the drummer for Southern California punk band Goldfinger, he is the drummer of girlfriends, a Southern California two-some who are putting a new spin on a much-loved re-emergence of early 2000’s pop punk.
