Founding Story
The Find Your Grind Foundation was formed by Nick and Natasha Gross with the seed of an idea that we could provide opportunities to underserved youth to experience and explore alternative careers in emerging industries. We partnered with local non-profits with access to appropriate youth groups, and opened the doors to our recording studio in Los Angeles. We hosted dozens of workshops and curated experiences that brought creative industries to life- real humans, sharing real stores of how they got started. This led to us creating a curriculum and learning tool focused on self discovery, career exploration and 21st century skills that is currently being used in thousands of schools across the country.
