Each team member brings the expertise, leadership and diversity of thought and experience required to make our dreams a reality.


Nick Gross is the Founder of the Find Your Grind Foundation. He currently serves on the board of The Gross Family Foundation, one of the largest philanthropic organizations in the world. The Gross Family Foundation is the largest supporter of Doctors Without Borders, and recently launched the Mercy Ships that serve thousands in underserved communities in Africa, as well as the UCI Stem Cell Research center and Women’s Pavilion at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach.

In addition to his philanthropic endeavors, Nick is also the drummer of alternative pop rock band Half the Animal and is the founder of The Noise Nest, a creative multimedia facility and recording studio in Los Angeles. He currently also serves as the founder of his entertainment brand Gross Labs in addition to being co-founder of Find Your Grind and Milky Agency- a full service creative branding and business development agency.


Natasha serves as the Executive Director of the Find Your Grind Foundation. In this capacity, she has created several programs, workshops, and experiential learning opportunities to improve the lives of at-risk youth through the arts. Natasha is in nonprofit work to inspire and enable others to come alive by doing the things they are most passionate about.  

Growing up in coastal Maine, Natasha’s childhood heroes were artists, writers, and directors.  She moved to Los Angeles in 2007 to attend USC’s Marshall School of Business, School of Cinematic Arts Program and pursue a career in the entertainment industry. In her spare time, Natasha is an avid traveler, yogi, painter, and amateur chef!


Mike Smith is a professional speaker, host, and social entrepreneur. Smith is the founder of The BAY and Skate for Change, promoting positive communities and opportunities for youth development. In addition, he is the host of The Harbor TV. Through his ventures, Smith has combined his passion for skateboarding, music, and art; he continues to use those as a means to help the next generation of mis-fits find their grind. He is based out of Lincoln, Nebraska but regularly tours the country as a motivational speaker. Whether it’s motivating students or employees to change the culture of their school or their workplace; or teaching others how to start and maintain successful brands and organizations; or showing others how easy it is to give back to the homeless and lesser fortunate in their communities; Mike has the experience and expertise to inspire others to be extraordinary. As brand ambassador and co-founder of Find Your Grind, Smith is dedicated to supporting programs that focus on positivity and growth for today’s youth.


Luke “the Dingo” Trembath is a one of a kind personality, whose fun-loving spirit and contagious energy has dubbed him a mainstay on television for years. The former professional snowboarder is a leading voice in the action sports world, with a wide array of experiences; from hosting high profile sporting events, to starring in five seasons of Fuel TV’s “The Adventures Of Danny & The Dingo”. A true social chameleon, The Dingo’s ability to find common ground with anyone and adapt to any social situation makes him a role model for kindness and acceptance amongst today’s youth. As the co-founder of Find Your Grind, he hopes to foster a sense of encouragement and excitement for positive social change.
