Our team is committed to helping provide unique opportunities, and unforgettable experiences to next generation youth and the underserved communities in Los Angeles. Each team member brings the expertise, leadership and diversity of thought and experience required to make our dreams a reality.

NICK GROSS

Nick Gross is the Founder of the Find Your Grind Foundation. He current serves on the board of The Gross Family Foundation, one of the largest philanthropic organizations in the world. The Gross Family Foundation are the largest supporters of Doctors Without Borders, recently launched the Mercy Ships that serve thousands in underserved communities in Africa, and have recently launched the UCI Stem Cell Research center and Women’s Pavilion at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach.

Nick is the drummer in alternative pop rock band Half the Animal and is the founder of STRZ Enterprises, a creative multimedia studio in Los Angeles, CA. He also serves as the VP of Milky Agency, a creative branding and business development agency.

NATASHA BARRITT

Natasha serves as Executive Director of the Find Your Grind Foundation.  In this capacity, she has created several programs, workshops, and experiential learning opportunities to improve the lives of at-risk youth through the arts.  Natasha is in nonprofit work to inspire and enable others to come alive by doing the things they are most passionate about.  

Growing up in coastal Maine, Natasha’s childhood heroes were artists, writers, and directors.  She moved to Los Angeles in 2007 to attend USC’s Marshall School of Business, School of Cinematic Arts Program and pursue a career in the entertainment industry.  In her spare time, Natasha is an avid traveler, yogi, painter, and amateur chef!

REGINA MILLER

Regina is highly skilled in achieving great fundraising success for a diverse array of clients, from global charities to innovative start-ups. An expert in donor cultivation, development strategy, and detail-oriented execution, Regina has advised non-profit institutions, foundations, and corporations on their development strategies. Regina is a trailblazer with a deep understanding of how to generate critical sources of revenue through creative strategic partnerships, board development, individual giving campaigns, major gifts initiatives and events. Always results-oriented, she has conceived, produced, and fully executed event concepts around the award-winning TV show Breaking Bad, and produced multiple charity screenings, poker tournaments, conferences and galas that have generated millions of dollars in revenue for a variety of nonprofit organizations.
